10th Doctor x reader:You don't have to be alone 15

Chapter 15
Let’s just say having three Doctor’s in the Tardis was kind of weird  but in a good way, you were so used to it being just you and the Doctor and now there were two other Doctor’s walking around, looking through books in the library and raiding the kitchen for banana’s. You realized that it was actually kind of fun having them there, you apologized for yelling at them and they apologized for being so childish your Doctor even let you hang out with his future self.

“um,Doctor?” you asked him you were sitting in the library and he was showing you a book of all the Different planets in the galaxy.

“Yes F/N?”

“Well…you’re my Doctor’s next Regeneration…so I wanted to know what our relationship is like in the future…if you could tell me that is.” You said looking away, he brought a hand to your cheek, turning your face so you could look at him; you couldn’t help but blush when he smiled at you.

“I shouldn’t really tell you … but F/N...” he then got closer to you ear and then whispered “I’ll love you soo much more in the future.” He then planted a small kiss on your forehead,You backed away a little. The Doctor looked a little shocked.

“I’m sorry, it’s just. Hard for me to believe you’re still my Doctor, that you’re still the same man who took me away from all my problems.” You said as he smiled.

“All that changes is the face, I’ve still got all those memories, go ahead ask me anything.”

“Where did you take me to for our 3 month anniversary?”

“New York, or to be more specific New New New New New New New New New New New New New New York, we had a picnic and you hugged the Tardis." he said smiling.

"Hey she deserved a hug, she’s our home." you said.

"On valentine’s day what did I wear?"

"A beautiful white dress, we danced to “Fill my heart." he said running his fingers through your H/C hair.

"I was so embarrassed."

"You looked lovely." he said as you smiled.

"Ok, I'll ask one more, ones more trivial, if we were stranded on a deserted island,you,me and the Tardis, but let's say the Tardis is now only big enough to carry one person...would you leave or would you let me leave?"

"I know it's not a choice but I would stay with you, F/N you'll never be alone because I need you, maybe you should see what the me of the present is doing?” he asked.

"Where did he say he was?" you said getting up off of the couch.

"in the kitchen making banana smoothies with "Big ears." He said smiling.

"Not that again!"

"I'm sorry but they are big aren’t they?" he asked laughing.

"Not really, why do you have to bad mouth yourself?"

"It's fun to see how I'll react." he said as you rolled your eyes and walked towards the kitchen, butterflies still twirling around in your stomach from all the sweet things the future Doctor had said to you.

When you got to the kitchen Shure enough the Doctors were making Banana smoothies.
"Ah, F/N there you are, what have you been up to?" your Doctor asked.

"I was in the library with 11; he was showing me a book of planets.” You said hoping you weren’t blushing.

"He didn’t try anything creepy did he?" the Doctor asked.

"Doctor, he’s you! Why would he try anything creepy?"

"Did he tell you anything...about the future?" 9 asked before slurping his milkshake through a straw.

"No...he said he couldn’t tell me." you lied, you hated to lie especially to The Doctor but what 11 had told you seemed special, like it was meant only for you , telling the Doctor and 9 didn’t seem like the right thing to do.

The seemed to believe you and you were a little happy with that you then set off to make some fish fingers and custard for dinner.

"F/N what are you making?" The Doctor asked looking over your shoulder.

"Its fish right?" 9 asked after sniffing the air "needs some chips!"

"I'm making fish fingers and custard, and I can fry up some chips if you want me to."

"Thank you." he said as he walked off.

"Who is gonna eat that?" The Doctor asked.

"11 and I are, he says it's good." you said smiling thinking about the future Doctor made you happy.

"You’d better have a strong stomach then." You Doctor said as he washed the dishes that were used for the Banana smoothies he and 9 had earlier.

"Actually I do, ever had chips dunked in ice cream/chocolate shakes? OMG best taste combo ever!" you said as your eyes twinkled.

The Doctor smiled at you shook his head and then walked out.11 then ran in the kitchen.
"F/N F/N are you making fish fingers and custard?" he asked a smile lit up his face.
"uh-huh you told me it was good, so I wanted to try it, I’m making enough for both of us ok?”

“Can I help?” he asked.

“Sure.” You say smiling as he stands next to you and starts helping.

When you were finished you sat at the breakfast bar, you were just about to bit into a custard covered fish finger when 9 came running in, a look of shock on his face.

“F/N….you’ve got to come with me!” He said sounding very worried.

“What’s going on?”

“It’s your Doctor….He needs you.” He said as you and 11 left the kitchen and followed the leather clad man.

He lead you to a corridor of the Tardis and That’s when you saw him, your Doctor, the man you loved so much, layed out on the floor, he was shaking a little and was looking kind of see through.

“Doctor!” you yelled as you ran over to him, and got down to his level.

“I  ...I remember why I wanted to find that mirror F/N, It was because I needed to destroy it.” He said slowly.

“Is the mirror causing this?” you asked Taking his hand into yours, it was almost ice cold.

“yes, it’s called the mirror of pafew as in “the mirror of past future”, once someone touches the glass their past and future selves come out of it, and for a while everything seems normal but then the user starts to disappear, it’s as if time is trying to correct itself, saying that I’m not supposed to exist in the present but my past and future selves are.”

“What do you need me to do?” you asked.

“I need you to recite an incantation, if you do then everything will go back to normal, it will be as if none of this has ever happened.”

“So I won’t remember meeting 9 or 11?” you said sounding kind of sad a few tears formed in the corners of your eyes.

“F/N you and my previous regeneration were never supposed to meet anyway, as for my future self, you will meet him soon enough, please F/N please you have to do this for me.”
You wiped your tears away and looked at him.

“Ok what’s the incantation?” you said as he whispered a few sentences into your ear.

“I can do it!” you said as he smiled and kissed your forehead.

“That’s my girl.” he said smiling he then looked at 9 and 11.

“You two …go with her…say your good-byes.” He muttered as you ran to the storage room, you stood in front of the mirror.

“F/N before you say the incantation, I just want to say I’m sorry that I wasn’t as kind to you as I could be, but I am so happy that I meet you in the future, I’ve seen how happy you make me.” 9 said as you smiled.

“F/N, before you forget me….I want you to have this.” 11 says taking off his bowtie and placing it on you. You smile back at him “oh and this too.” He says pulling you into a kiss; his kisses were still soft and sweet even in the future.”

“Ah hem.”9 said as you broke your kiss.

“I love you F/N.” he said sadly.

“I love you too you said looking back at the mirror.

When you finished saying the incarnation a blinding white light came out of the mirror it was bright and intense it felt like it was taking memories out of your mind it hurt more than anything, suddenly you blanked out and layed on the cold floor.

You woke up in your bed, the Doctor sitting in a chair next to you, something had happened but you couldn’t remember what.

“Have a nice nap?” he asked as you got up out of bed.

“It was ok.” Looking at yourself in the mirror around your neck was a small red Bow –tie, you took it off and held it close to your chest, there was something about it that was special, but you couldn’t put your finger on it.


“Oh, about that bow-tie…where did you get it from? I’ve looked through the wardrobe many times and I’ve never seen one like it.”

“I don’t know I just woke up and it was on me.”

“Here let me see it.” He said holding his hand out.

“No, it’s mine!” you cried sounding a bit like a child who didn’t want to share her favorite toy with her brother or sister.

“F/N I’m not going to throw it away I just need to scan it, that’s all.” He said as you handed him the red bow-tie, he took out his sonic and gave it a quick scan.

“Is it ok?” you asked.

“It’s fine, but my sonic says a Time Lord was wearing it…That’s odd.”

“Well… I’m not a Time Lord.” You said as he scanned you.

“Yep your human all right 100% human.” he said as your stomach grumbled.

“You hungry?” he asked handing you back the bowtie.

“A little bit I guess.” You said putting it back on.

“Anything you want in particular?” he asked.

“I know it sounds crazy…but I want fish fingers….fish fingers and custard.”
